Loch Lomond is the largest loch/lake in Britain and boasts a great selection of outdoor activities from water skiing to fishing, from sailing to wind surfing. But it’s not just these outdoor pursuits which attract tourists from all over the world each year – it truly is a beautiful place. The scenery is breathtaking with stunning views of the hills and water all around you and a chance to relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.
There are many well-known Hotels and Venues along the banks of Loch Lomond which offer couples a great choice of setting for their wedding. I’ve had the pleasure of filming a few weddings in the area now and it’s easy to see why couples choose Loch Lomond for their special day.
For some it’s purely for the scenery, for others Loch Lomond holds a unique bond where perhaps they enjoyed a holiday as children or regularly visited with friends and family on day trips.
Robyn & Colin married on June 30th 2012 at the charming Luss Parish Church. Couples come from all over the world to marry here and then enjoy their wedding celebration at one of the many venues around Loch Lomond.
